MSCH 2023 Annual Conference

Carolyn Daitch, PhD

Description

Based on hypnosis, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral approaches, the
workshop provides an integrative treatment model that has specific and
individualized applicability to a broad array of anxiety disorders and related
conditions including panic, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, post-
traumatic stress disorder and obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Also included is a discussion of how anxiety affects relationships.
Participants will be able to apply practical interventions to patients who
experience anxiety and stress. Mental health and medical professionals can
enhance their sensitivity to such patients, as well as expand their intervention
repertoire because of this course.

The Toolbox provides practical, easy-to-use tools that Dr. Daitch has employed
successfully with her patients for decades.
